Article on specialty coffee, found in print on the front page of the Food section of the 17 Dec. Birmingham News. Heavily features information from us, including a few photographs in our shop. Nice to see a brief explanation of the complex rational behind our green coffee buying decisions—not being stuck on labels allows us to pay farmers more than Fair Trade prices and to source heirloom varietals that are grown far more naturally than hybridized coffee strains from Certified Organic, albeit factory, farms.
